So the first weekly challenge is out. 7 games using 8 Warriors and the reward is a Shaun Livingston. This reward seems pretty lame. And it looks like they will only be releasing 1 new challenge a week. i think it would be pretty easy to have 5 challenges a week

Here are the attribute ratings and badges for the Road to the Finals Shaun Livingston reward card:

He does have good size, defense, passing, and mid-range, but I don't see much use for this card except maybe as a backup defensive point guard in the silver tier challenges and silver RTTP seeds.

It would have been a lot cooler if they had put out a super athletic pre-knee injury Shaun Livingston card instead. This version of him is too slow to be able to guard the Westbrooks, Kyries, Walls, et al. you'll face in RTTP.

LD2K just said on the weekly Twitch stream that Kareem is the final reward after you've beaten all of the challenges.

Here are the attributes and badges for the Road to the Finals Leandro Barbosa special edition card:

He has decent speed and shooting for a silver player but plays very poor defense.

It would have been cooler to get a Barbosa reward card from the Suns era where he had elite speed and was a better defender.

For every challenge like the 5 levels of challenges and every other weekly challenge? Or just road to the finals challenges?

You only have to beat the playoff challenges to unlock Kareem, according to today's stream.

The regular levels 1 - 5 challenges are just there for extra MT if you need it.

If gladly do this for a Gold Baron Davis but not this guy. This game needs the beard, Boom Dizzle, Baron Davis. They gave us Al Harrington last year but not Baron Davis. Al Harrington, really? Come on 2K.
