RTTP reward players have very few badges

in my personal oppinion rttp players awars are all good players but with a terrible fault

They have VERY limited badges.

My line-up before reaching seed 2 was

Irving/PG13/LBJ/KD/AD

Most of them are fully badged as I bought many badges almost for free when they were not working for peanuts (posterizers and lock defenders for 800MT etc)

So I got Rip Hamilton which I really wanted to start at SG. His stats are a bit better and i again fully badged him (selling a Sub Klay in the process)

Problem is that he has only 6 badges and 3 free slots. I used him for a seed but no matter how much I wanted to like him badged PG13 is better (due to badges)

PG13 has 16 badges plus 6 frees and is a 86 rated player.

Rip as an 88 rated player has only 9 2 of them being charge card and pick dodger.

PG13 is better as he has also perimeter lockdown, posterizer, acrobat, limitless, pick maestro, etc

How can Rip compare with that

Similarly Amethyst Mullin has 9 badges plus 3 free as a 91 rated player when Durant has 30 badges.

I think it was not really well planned but still can be fixed by adding at least free spots.

You're right, there are too many players with limited badges. But the even greater problem is that all the Reward and TBT players only have Bronze badges, last year you just had to upgrade some badges, now you have to upgrade all.

Well the badges they are given are there to reflect the actual play style of the players in real life. You can't expect someone who was more of a specialist in Mullin to have as versatile a skillset as Paul George, and they are compensated by having a higher rating in the areas that they were good at. Seems fair enough to me...

So you can add perimeter lockdown defender to Harden and Curry but not to Mullin/Rip?

Mullin was a member of the Dream Team I, he wasn't the Kyle Korver of his era

Rip Hamilton is statswise the best Gold SG in the game right now.
He has great defence stats, outside score, passing, and driving.

Isn't that versatile enough?

Re: RTTP reward players have very few badges

You can add any badge to any player... There are a few key badges for each play-style and that can be easily achieved with your few open slots.

You aren't able to have 64 badge myplayers, but you can achieve that players style of play.
