Re: 6th Man of The Year

I picked up Harden just to complete the last challenge, more than 50k cheaper than the current version.

It just goes to show how clueless most people are when it comes to checking the actual ratings on these players.

Sixth Man Harden is the best version of him to date, but because of the lower overall rating, he's cheaper on the market.

People focus too much on tiers and overalls instead of looking at guys' badges and their relevant attribute categories .

As much as I like most of your posts, some of your player evaluations are completely bonkers. The regular Harden is way better than the 6th man version. A lot of important stats are downgraded for the 6th man, literally the only upside is the completely negligible +1 in speed. Midrange and standing 3 are +3 but that gets more than negated by the -13 offensive consistency and -8 Shot IQ. Regular Harden is a way superior finisher, playmaker, rebounder, and even defender and a slightly better athlete.

I agree. I was not really interested in 6th man Harden because I think he is actually overpriced compared to other players that are similar. 40-50k is too much. I am going to get the DR version because his ratings are bound to shoot back up. I almost got him the other day. He was on AH for 70k for about 3 hrs and I didnt pull the trigger, got Payton instead for 65k. This weekend, he is bound to be cheaper and I will prob pick him up then.

Re: 6th Man of The Year

Every single person I play who has Harden does the same thing: pet size up moves and step back three pointers or just turbo in for a dunk, this Harden does the same thing. A little lower consistency but a little higher speed and shooting.
