Sidney Moncrief won't dunk

Dunks in freestyle, has 81 driving dunk tendency but in gauntlet or regular games won't dunk. This makes him pretty useless on offense. Anyone else had this problem with him or any other player? Maybe someone else can try to see if he's bugged.

That's very strange, seems like tendencies are bugged?

Sounds like the same problem that gold Elvin Hayes has.

I'd guess that he doesn't have the right dunk packages equipped.

Yeah he probably doesn't have any. Hayes can dunk but pretty much never does since his tendencies are like 1 or 2, right?

They fixed Elvin Hayes' badges and tendencies but he still finishes every alley oop with a layup. Most of his driving attempts also end in layups, and he doesn't get much lift at all on his super slow driving dunks if you do get lucky and have one trigger.

Hmm could be but he does work fine in freestyle. I've used him a lot before so I put posterizer on him and found out he's broke. Ill have to try Hayes out again, last year McAdoo was similar, great ratings but wouldn't dunk jack.

Update: still won't dunk but does finish alley oops with dunks. Hope they fix this he's been one of my rotation players the last few years.

I experienced the same thing with Jim Jackson. He wouldnt dunk on fast breaks at all. then I started ooping to him and he would throw it down. not sure if he was broken and then fixed?

ROTY and 00 Vince Carter have some similar problems. Both seem to have current Vince's tendencies making them unable to dunk in situations they should and making it impossible to do a standing dunk. Hopefully they can fix that also.
