Just got banned from my team for 14 days!

This is real outrageous, because I uploaded this picture:



2k banned me from uploading new stuff for the next 14 days, unfortunately something on 2k sides went wrong again and now I am banned from all online functions of the game for 14 days. (No my team and No career!). After an update crashed my game and I had to download 50GB again, this is the second time 2k don't let me play my game. I have send a ticket but as I know 2k it will take them also 14 days to respond. [emoji35]

BTW I paid 100€ (90€ game 10€ VC) for my game. I wonder if 2k's actions are legal?

Yeah we get it, weed is fun to smoke. Obviously pictures depicting illegal drugs or internationally known references to illegal drugs like weed should have SOME consequences. Do I agree with said consequences? No. Some dude created Chris Benoit in WWE 2K15 last year and got banned for uploading it to the community creations board. Why did he get banned? Well because Chris Benoit was famously linked to a double murder-suicide 8 years ago that made headlines all over television for weeks. 2K released a statement saying they had banned the person who submitted the creation as per orders directly from WWE. I would imagine uploading an image of similar content which is arguably controversial in the same sense would result in a similar punishment.

Certainly there are acceptable images. In my opinion, this image is borderline offensive. Granted there are already images uploaded that are already questionable at best. This image in particular, there's no question. That's weed.

This is one of the most silly threads I have read. Paying for a game doesn't mean you are allowed to do whatever you want ONLINE. You are also obliged to follow the terms of service.
I have smoked plenty of weed in my life, but let's face it , it is illegal in most countries, and there are actually kids playing the game. Same goes for various pictures of pornhub and other silly things.

Have you ever seen a marijuana emblem in any real court?

Probably. I bet if you read the Terms of Service for uploading graphics, there is some term that would prohibit graphics that depict marijuana or its use. I don't think it's a big deal either way, but if I were a parent with an adolescent playing this game, I would be glad that there is control over some "sensitive" content.

As a parent I could care less about a marijuana logo and I think that a 2 week ban is over the top, but I'm also glad that there are consequences.
