I played a bunch of games in Gauntlet with him and he is just not very good. In the past he was super quick, his midrange game was automatic, and he was a powerful dunker. Then once you heated up you could shoot threes. Now he's not very fast, his jumper is suspect, and his dunks get blocked ALL THE TIME. And I don't see a ratings change when he heats up. The new patch for PS4 came out so hopefully that reduces the number of cheap blocks but if not I don't see using him. He's not the dominant player he should be.

Played one game post patch seems to be better. First of all he heated up normally, I don't think it was working before. I have +6 three on him to make him 74 and after patch he got a B grade shooting threes which is good. Then when he heated up to one red ring it was an A-. My first midrange was an A+ so that was good too. No cheap blocks either even though AK47 swatted him a couple times and he blew a wide open 360. Just one game but I think the patch helped.

I havent bought him because he is too pricey to be rated as he is. TBH, I dont know why he isnt an Amethyst. in his day he was every bit as good as KD. Per 36 min, his 3pt % isnt that much worse either. The fact that KD has become a great 3pt shooter in recent years is why he is rated better. If 2k is basing today's cards as compared to greats, Dominique's rating should be at least a couple points higher. To boot, his Clippers card isnt much worse than his Hawks card. The year of the Hawks card he avg 30ppg 8rpg. Geez, show these HOFers some respect.

My favorite card in the game so far ! Dunks in traffic and knocks down a bunch of midi's. Good rebounder and solid defender.

Impossible to stop the break and can hits threes from the corner if open.

He might be better post patch

I had to give up using him in Gauntlet, he's great in a balanced lineup but when you're paired with two players who also can't shoot threes it's just painful. Now I know how the people who use Jordan feel when I always beat them, it's easy to play defense when you know your opponent can't shoot threes.

Talking of the restricted lineup, would you say Wilkins is a better pick than 88 OVR Jordan, T-Mac or Paul George?

I'm playing currently with Westbrook, Korver, PG, Melo, Gobert with 4-1 stretch but I've got the feeling that PG tends to miss the game winning shots 50% of the time and isn't very explosive getting to the rim (compared to t-mac f.e.)

^Just try him out and resell him if you don't like him, he's very popular. I don't think he plays like he should, he's a good defender but on offense his game is finishing at the rim but blocks in this game are OP.
