Custom all black courts why is this allowed?

Omg this is so annoying I'm a about done with this mode. I'm playing somebody right now with an all black court aside from the logo no 3pt lines and a black ball and blacked out jerseys, really 2k? How is this allowed?

Whenever I play such a guy, I try to keep myself calm, remind myself that this person isn't probably using any set plays/freelance offense (because it's so difficult to see playvision art on dark floor), which means his offense is very limited... mostly to Turbo cheese all game long.

And I am right, most of the time. It's almost always an easy win against custom court cheesers. After first quarter, I get a bit used to the colors too.

But it is not only about losing/using

I agree that most of this type of guys do not know how to play the game.
However it is disturbing for the eyes also AND potentially hazardous for guys with a bit photosensitivity/epilepsy.
