Amethyst Chris Mullin Attribute Ratings & Badges

MyTeam has some disappointing reward cards this year, but the Amethyst Chris Mullin you get for beating the second seed of Road to the Playoffs is absolutely not one of them:



'93 Chris Mullin is simply one of the best shooters in the game. He has a fast, smooth shot release animation. He has all the good shooting badges like Deadeye, Limitless Range, Corner Specialist, Shot Creator, and Microwave. And he can shoot while moving or from a standing position, since all of his shooting ratings are in the 90s. His defense isn't that bad, either, since he has the pick pocket and interceptor badges, plus mid-80s lateral quickness/defensive IQ. The only moderately negative things I can say about '93 Mullin is that he's a bit slow and he does have the annoying Volume Shooter badge. But even still, this card is totally awesome and is well worth the trouble of getting to the first seed of RTTP. Please give us more reward cards of this quality in NBA 2K17, Visual Concepts.

Yeah, Mullin is a total stud. I'm pretty disappointed when I don't get a green release with him, that's how good he is.

Mullin's shot release is my favorite part about him.

I'm not very good at timing Klay Thompson's release.

Richard Hamilton's and Ray Allen's release are pretty easy to time, but both come out a lot slower than Mullin's release.

For that reason, I think Mullin is the best shooter I've used so far.

I personally don't like Durant's release animation and can't shoot at all with him in this game. But I've played people who knock down every open shot with him.

Definitely try out Durant in practice mode first before you spend some MT on him.

If he wasn't so slow, I think Amethyst Chris Mullin would be my favorite card to use right now in Gauntlet.
