Not that much nicer than the Raptors version if at all, slightly less athletic, not as good as shooter or finisher (driving dunk). The defensive stuff is overrated since you're forced to control on ball defense most of the time. His steal is not even up or anything impactful like that.

I just think it will be priced around 50k eventually while the Raptors version is a steal at 15k.

The Onyx version last year was just a beast, I was expecting that.

Defensive stuff is super important. Young T-Mac's low lateral quickness leads to him getting blown by very easily. And defensive IQs make it so that whenhe's not defending the ball he is able to stay with his man and make correct rotations. But most importantly, Rockets T-Mac has an extra 13 badges and way better personality badges, too. All that stuff is big and more than makes up for the tiny hit in athleticism. Rockets T-Mac has a better midrange and driving layup, which makes up for the worse 3 and driving dunk. The huge difference in playmaking will also be very noticable.

Assuming he has the same hotspots (right wing), you could just put a three point shoe on Rockets TMac and he'd be much better than Raptors version for all the reasons mentioned above.

The +8 to stamina is also important since he's a player who will use a lot of turbo.

3-ball is a non issue as far as I am concerned. his OConsistency and Shot IQ are far superior, so he will be more consistent from deep. as you said, defense is the key....thats the bad thing about ROTY and why I preferred Grant Hill and even Vince over him. 65 Lat quick is horrible. Yeah, Vince has it too but Vince better ballhandler/passer with way better OConsistency.
