Are collector levels glitched?

I was wondering if anyone got their rewards for collector levels earlier than expected: I was awarded Robert Horry when I reached a 100 cards instead of 150 as stated in the collector levels.

Is it normal or are there already ghost cards in the collection?

Currently for a resason I don't understand, shoes count as cards

Hmmm maybe they fixed the shoe thing because last night as I was getting near 350 my card count kept going down randomly...

Edit: never mind card count went down because I forgot I quick sold some shoes... that was messing me up when I was going for Sprewell.

I got Quentin Richardson at about 175 cards this morning, I've no idea about what's going on.
