Anyone like to play online with themed teams?

Squad I'm rolling with now. Washington born, college play or a stint with the sonics. Waiting for more cards to make it better but just have fun playing with teams like this as opposed to super teams. Anyone have any all Washington team suggestions or have any teams you wanna share?

I'm hopeful to eventually re-create the 2011 Mavs with that Ruby Tyson Chandler and Jason Terry, Sapphire Jason Kidd, but they haven't released historic Dirk yet and he'll probably be a gazillion dollars. Probably gonna run Finley at the 2 also

I thought we were talking like dunkers/shooters etc. I usually run my team in 3 groups Starters (5) Bench (5) Reserves (3) I usually theme each group in that regard, but not the way you're doing it. This is the fully badged team I'm rolling with right now.

Francis/Wall/Hudson/Bosh/Cousins

Paul/Kobe/Marion/Stoudamire/Jordan

Curry/Klay/Gramma

I set it up to best utilize the dynamic duos

Super nice and damn 60k??? I packed him. His animations are amazing and he's money from everywhere. His defensive iq isn't as high as I would like but he doesn't do much worse than someone with average defense.

Later in the year, after my first run through of road, I like to run an all time Raptors team. Something like:

Jose Calderon, Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady, Chris Bosh, Jonas Valenciunas

Kyle Lowry, Demar DeRozan, Morris Peterson, Antonio Davis, Undecided backup 5.

I don't think we will see a Mo Pete in the game. Lineup will be something similar though. Also I would love it if they had a TJ Ford in the game too.

It's kind of insulting they left Mo Pete out of the historic collection as he was a huge part of their history, Junk Yard Dog and Keon Clark too. They even could have put an old man Hakeem in there but oh well can't choose em all I guess I'm still kind of cheesed over Bosh, the card is really great but he hits more threes in one or two games than he would on the season for Toronto, he literally only made 50 career threes in Toronto and the most he ever had in 1 season was 12. It doesn't really suprise me though as up until the last couple years Toronto has been irrelevant and overlooked by much of the American media.

I'll be running something like this later in the year, except obviously with a prime Dirk. I'll also be using the Knicks Tyson Chandler as my starting C, he was at that level in 2011 for sure.

I like to run who I personally think made the most impact to the organization, not necessarily the best players. Obviously I could put a Hakeem/Marion/Gay/Jermaine O'neal but their time with the Raptors was so brief and unimpactful.

I agree with Foldzy, a JYD or Keon Clarke would be dope to have.

As a Sonics fan, this is a great. Also I've been using Sam Perkins a bit lately, he'd be a great stretch 4/5 on your squad.

MyTeam is all Cavs players. I've had a great time collecting the Cavs historic cards and guys like Tyrone Hill, Darius Miles, Thunder Dan, Drew Wiggins, and Ron Harper. Funny, I was hyped to get Harper, but since he's the old 32 year old version, he can't wild out like I want him to, lol.

I re-created the 90's cav's unis and floor, and love playing this mode casually. The only downside is the fact that by the time I acquire all the players I want, it'll be time to start over again for 2k18


This is way more fun than building random OP teams...
