The 2k customer support team has looked into your account and has determined that your ban will stay in place for one week. You maliciously used the NBA 2k companion app to "pick and win games" with an obvious unnatural advantage. On our about Tuesday, November 15, 2016, you selected the Los Angeles Lakers to beat the Brooklyn Nets, resulting in a 50 VC gain. Our team has determined that such ability to pick the Lakers to correctly win is against our EULA.

Furthermore, to aid in your rehabilitation, we have also banned you from 2k My Team, 2k My GM, 2k U, 2k My Career, and are enforcing that you watch and worship the NBA 2k developer's credits ten times daily. Our team recommends that you refrain from watching basketball games.

So 2K Support is useless and their "anti-cheat" system is somehow worse than YouTube's content ID system. But you know, at least we got the new Fitbit feature!
