How is your online connection quality right now? (XBox One)

I saw some other people posting about this so I don't think I'm alone. I am assuming it'd be restricted to XBox One, but perhaps I'm wrong.

Starting yesterday (Sunday, Jan 15), my performance in online games, both blacktop and MTO, has been terrible.

I've never had issues before. It's the 'waiting for opponent' lag, and then sometimes the 'you are having issues connecting to 2K servers' messages and getting disconnected (for a loss no less)

I have ultra-high speed internet that I pay extra for, and have run speed tests and encountered no issues. I even hard-wired my XBox One but it didn't improve things at all.

Please post whether or not you've been having issues, your Service Provider and Geography.

It's not just Xbox. I've had issues on PS4 the last few days, mostly with opponents quitting and the MTO screen taking forever to load and giving me a loss. I've also got Spectrum and I'm in Ohio.

I played a couple of MTO games over the weekend and they were just fine. After the first month or two of the game, MTO has felt very good to me. At least when playing against people in the same region. (I have played a friendly with someone in Europe and, while playable, it was frustratingly laggy.)

Curious, to me, it's Blacktop that is the problematic mode. In the first month or two, I found Blacktop so annoying in terms of input lag that I couldn't deal with playing it at all. In recent weeks, I feel like it has been a lot better.

But, this past weekend, it felt worse than it has been recently.

I wonder if there is some sort of relationship between the playground modes, in terms of servers and performance.

Are people still having issues with the servers and not getting credit for wins? I don't want to waste my time playing tonight if this is still going on.

I am not having any trouble with getting losses for wins but I never did have that issue for some reason.

Performance seems to be back to normal today as far as I can tell.

I think my skills took a hit though. I was playing offline myplayer because of the issues, and my timing was all off when I back to online lol
