Do mto rewards require one more win on second prestige?

I made second prestige the other day haven't started yet but was wondering if the rewards require one more win the second time around? So say in Emerald if I want diamond shoes it was 5 wins before does it now require 6?

How many wins does it take to prestige in pd the second time?

yes, one more win on 2nd prestige and 2 additional wins on 3rd prestige

So you need 11-1 in PD league of second prestige

And 11-1 in Diamond league of 3rd prestige

Though in PD league of 3rd prestige you need 8-4 to get PD Duncan

Ok that doesn't seem too bad then. I want at least one more pair of shoes then I'll just advance whenever I get the chance
