Should other reward cards get an upgrade?

Since the diamond updates made most of them more competitive against the fanatsy cards coming out, im thinking they should update other reward cards to increase values of older collections.

Also some of the blacktop rewards should get fixed. Theres a amythest dennis johnson with 74 speed. No one will use a slow pg like that, who also comes with no badges. The USA cards should get updated, they were pretty useless after a month the game was out.

Old collection rewards like richardson, williams and glen rice should recieve some boosts compared to the collection rewards coming out now with ridiculous ratings.

That Dennis Johnson had to be the biggest slap in the face ever lol. They need to start giving some of these rewards Hof badges, all diamond rewards need Hof badges, i don't get how some legit have zero.
