Did they nerf three pointers?

Played an MTO game and kept getting red red red and didn't make one three pointer all game, maybe first time ever. Did they adjust something?

Yup, Mike Wang's shooting tweak went live early this morning.

3pt shooting is way harder now. No more greens other than the corner 3. This should be interesting.

Wow it's terrible! Normal open looks I take were suddenly trash, this is really bad.

For example I took a wide open three with Kiki, released a little early and it was red...People are going to hate this.

I like the sound of this. Im tired of running into 5outs where the other player is just zigzagging with screens around the 3pt line.

So many games where you can be shooting 60% and yet the game is close, where your opponent shot 10/30+ from 3.

I just labbed this and it applies even in freestyle. I just put up well over 100 shots with Klay Thompson, whose release I green more than anyone else. I didn't get a single green from any 3 point spot outside of the corners. And even then, there were no greens unless I was in the very corner. The "break" is contained within the corner hot zones on either side of the court, but it appears like that, and not the zone itself, might be a dividing line for when you can green and when you can't. So don't expect greens unless you're in the very corner. I also shot a bunch of shots 1-2 feet inside the 3 point line and greened many of them. It really is just 3s that are falling way less often. Between that and the dribbling changes, the cheesers really are going to lose their minds. I'm so glad I've been working on my post game haha
