Hello all, I figured I'd start the thread now to hopefully gain interest in people who would like to participate in a simulation style league. Rules, Sliders, etc. will be worked out once we have a sub-forum!

The rules would be obvious because it's a sim league. I was also thinking quarter length, difficulty, sliders, etc. went under rules too.

I don't think rules are obvious just because it's a sim league. What will make it a sim league is recruiting some sim players.

I might be interested, just depends on how 2K15 plays and what kind of rules you're thinking about.

I also am familiar wi the Sim leagues & their rules and I'm interested in joining. Is this league gonna allow user trades, as I am searching for a league primarily that doesn't and keeps the NBA official rosters intact to their real life rosters. If not I may be interested anyway but if you know a Sim league around that consists of this can you please let me know. Thanks

Yeah I'm in this too, I posted in the sub-forum. Personally I think we shouldn't be a league that forces you to never run fast breaks and don't score in the paint, and sim rules like that because personally I believe that is less sim then anything. How dumb would it be if the Cavs were killing some team but had to stop driving the lane because the other teams defense sucks and they can't keep them under a certain about of PIP.

I am all for sim basketball its the only way I play, but those rules that restrict things like 3pt attempts aren't realistic leagues. Main thing is teams should have to establish a playing style thats the main thing. Play the game the right way according to your roster. If you are the Knicks and want to get 40 with Melo then you should be allowed to but if your team is more like the Spurs it's more realistic and gives your team a better chance to win if you focus on ball and player movement.

Also as far as Fantasy draft I vote in favor of it because then a guy can build a team to his play style. (Ex:Spurs, Thunder two completely different ways of playing)
But I'm cool with real teams too.
