New to PS4 - Need friends :(

I am new to PS4, in a city where all of my friends have Xbox Ones. I had a X360 but made the choice to switch consoles. Unfortunately, I have no one to play 2k with now. I really want some people to play in the MyPark with.

BTW, I'm in the Rivet City Rough Riders park
