If you're playing with one team practice all the time with different shooters, look for some type of hitch or motion in their release. Don't look at the meter when you're playing online, the lag will throw you off which is why it's more important to look at the player. Also pay attention to different players hot zones, because it's more likely to go in and get a perfect release.
