(XBOX) Chicago Third Railers SF&SG Needed - Looking for Members for Pro-Am

Chicago Third Railers are looking for sim minded individuals.

Here is the logo and court (and yes, I know this looks a lot like the Brooklyn Nets).




We're looking for people who are familiar with some basic playsets (1-4, Hawk, Floppy for starters). Defensively - Man to Man, 2-3, and 3-2. The goal is to get enough people to run practice and scrimmages.

About myself(o OverKick o): I usually end up playing PG / Point Forward. Not because I necessarily want to but usually because I have to. I've seen so many times people who run point that don't know what their doing kill the whole teams offense. I have a pass first mentality, I usually try to make my player somewhere between Grant Hill and Chris Paul. However if another player can run point well, I don't mind handing over the responsibility.

My defense can use some work, I just think I'm a little slow to react one on one. However if we are communicating on picks and in zone, I usually can hold my own.

I picked a 6'7" PG Balanced Scorer. I usually pick a SF in the mold of grant hill but in order to get the speed/ballhandling I want I switched to PG this year. I have a pass first mentality and try to always find the best opportunity for the team.
