Select Portland cliff, edit player, export DNA as "young cliff"

Select lakers cliff, edit player, export DNA as "old cliff"

Select lakers cliff, import "young cliff" DNA

Select Portland cliff, import "old cliff" DNA

Trade them for each other.

The stats are tied to the players. So you just have to edit them to who is supposed to be who. Thankfully the import/export feature makes this a 2 minute process.
