hi mj love your work, just want to confirm which era is completely done that i can start mynba? n also a stupid question most likely, as the years go on, the rookies will all be fake getting drafted right? say i go with kobe era, then from that year on, all rookies r fake instead of i can draft real guys?

Mate, the KOBE ERA and the JORDAN ERA are 100% done. Currently working on the Magic V Bird Era, about 75% done.
You can download the 1992 and 2003 Draft Class made by me, and then search on 2k share for other custom draft classes.

If you mean Export from 1 MyEras roster to a Modern Era roster, i think the answer is no. But if you want to use Phil Jackson from the 95-96 Bulls and use him for the current 76ers, you can do it easily, just fire him from the 95-96 Bulls staff and he will be available in the pool.
