Yeah that's a good point too. I hate that we have to try to fix this so the mode is moderately playable.

Someone should point this thread out to Leftos so he has some data points to work from.

Re: Players that force trades

For Oladipo what I did was lowered Affalo to 76 but then Affalo ends up getting traded, better then Oladipo.

For Porter and Bennett I lowered them to around 71-72 and they then are fine with being just prospects.

From what I can tell if a player is rated higher then 73 they will require to be a starter role/and or starter minutes. It's pretty a flawed system at the moment.

That's a good find. It wouldn't be that bad if so many players weren't rated so high.

Is oladipo/afflalo added to first post? Definitely one that needs to be addressed by roster makers and hopefully 2k

Re: Players that force trades

Found some solutions to some of these problems in my roster set (linked in sig). Still having problems with other players. Would appreciate any feedback you guys have on how to solve some of the other problems.

Re: Players that force trades

I'll try them out at some point. I made a roster and fixed all ratings.

MyGM still had some problems though. Everybody is pissed (except spurs and thunder). Not as many big trades so it worked in that sense but still too many.

What's the strategy in your roster?
