If 2k would actually employ some roster specialists and base off of real world performance/tendencies we wouldn't need to spend all the time doing it. The ratings are all based off of popularity rather than performance and consideration to how the ratings translate to MyGM modes. For example Khris Middleton on the Bucks averages around 30 mpg this year with pretty respectable numbers (13, 5, 1.5 or something off the top of my head) but is rated like a 62. Meanwhile Ginobili is something like an 85 overall.

And please nobody tell me overalls don't matter, because they do. Try to get Middleton to play 30 mpg in a simulated season while rated as one of the worst players on his team, not happening...

Something incredibly odd happened last night, I was editing a roster that I'd had saved for the past week, I finished my update an proceeded to save the roster which went fine but then the system crashed an I got an error message... I shut off the system an restarted it, then loaded roster I'd saved only to find that every player on every team had their names spelled wrong (in most cases they only had a letter or two) with the wrong numbers an wrong pics... This is the first issue I've had since buying the game on launch day but I'm gonna ease up on any roster making until after we can save it without having to use the cloud

The servers messed up my draft class, when trying to save at first it said couldn't contact servers. Then it said my file name 2014 contained foul language like what lol

I dont get why 2k had to change how rosters get saved and how you can download them..

Does it take an ungodly long time for other people to download and save their rosters or is it just me?

This! So much, this!

I fully realize I'm being selfish in saying this, but if one bug gets fixed, or feature added, etc, I would be happy with local HDD saves for rosters and sliders. It's such an issue that it makes playing the game such a chore. Ideally allow us to receive up to date rosters without patching the game (the patches are terrible imo) and let us save things to our HDD. PLEASE!

My draft classes disappeared also and I haven't played the game since. Once I got over the fact you can't create players, and edited draft class faces I really liked the game!!!!
