Allow me to make this a little more decipherable.
GUARANTEED CONTRACT
Samuel Dalembert - Dallas Mavericks
Danny Granger - Detroit Pistons
These players are in the pool because their team exceeded 15 players on the roster and someone needed to be cut. In the case of Dalembert, it is safe to add him and cut Dwight Powell, who has a non-guaranteed deal.
Dallas is not adverse to cutting minimum salary players with guaranteed deals (see Gal Mekel) which is what the team would have to do if they kept Powell or JaVale McGee (who has a partial guarantee).
Granger isn't likely to make the team due to his poor health. There is actually a 17th player w/ a guaranteed contract on Detroit, Darrun Hillard, who is not in the game and will have to be added at a later date if he does make the team (Jordan Mickey is likewise a 16th player for Boston and missing - it's expected Perry Jones would be the odd-man out if there are no trades).
NON-GUARANTEED CONTRACT (TRAINING CAMP)
JaVale McGee - Dallas Mavericks
Anthony Bennett - Toronto Raptors (Expected to make team)
JaKarr Sampson - Philadelphia 76ers (Add him to roster, team already cut Gerald Wallace)
Earl Barron - Atlanta Hawks
Lorenzo Brown - Minnesota Timberwolves
Rasual Butler - San Antonio Spurs
Ian Clark - Golden State Warriors
Jack Cooley - Utah Jazz
Jordan Crawford - Chicago Bulls
Jared Cunningham - Cleveland Cavaliers
Austin Daye - Cleveland Cavaliers
Toney Douglas - Indiana Pacers
Jarell Eddie - Golden State Warriors
Chris Johnson - Utah Jazz (the one on the Cavs is the center from LSU)
Dahntay Jones - Brooklyn Nets
Sean Kilpatrick - New Orleans Pelicans
Ben Gordon - Golden State Warriors
JaMychal Green - Memphis Grizzlies
Jorge Gutierrez - Milwaukee Bucks
Justin Harper - Brooklyn Nets
Josh Harrellson - Washington Wizards
John Lucas III - Miami Heat
Luc Mbah a Moute - L.A. Clippers
Reggie Williams - San Antonio Spurs
Jeff Withey - Utah Jazz
Tony Mitchell - Golden State Warriors
Eric Moreland - Sacramento Kings
Toure Murry - Washington Wizards
Josh Powell - Milwaukee Bucks

The vast majority of these players will not make the team and will head to the D-League.

The distinction between China and Europe is the Chinese season ends early enough for players to re-join the NBA after the all-star break (and they take these contracts with that in mind).

With most European contracts there are no NBA outs, they are stuck there. Long-term contracts are also more prevalent. Last season we saw Gustavo Ayon and Nando De Colo go from the NBA to multi-year deals in Europe. This season we saw Pero Antic, Alexey Shved, and Nick Calathes leave for lucrative offers that effectively kill their NBA career/relevance. Sonny Weems recently returned from Europe after an extended absence, but the number of players that do are far and few between.

I should note the half of "International" and the "Free Agent" list may not be 100% accurate, I did most of that off the top of my head and it's not worth the extra 10 minutes to google who is in China or not (if anyone wants to finish that off, feel free).
The vast majority of these players will never step foot on an NBA court again, but hopefully this should give an indicator of who has the best odds of doing so in the near future).
