Huh? If you're talking about creating the FIBA teams, you have to make them on ur own. There is no option to download my jerseys/arena.

That's why I posted some tutorials for some of the jerseys

Yes, you can play with these jerseys by creating them in the mode "MyLeague or MyGM". But not in 1v1 (Matchup Mode)
