Unfortunately, I don't have NBA 2K16 anymore so I have a couple questions to ask you.
Does your roster have free agents? and do players have contracts?

I'm still working on contracts. although the roster is released, I plan on making updates to the contracts . & so far the rosters is only playable in season mode & play now . A franchise is not yet available due to contracts . & you meant the free Agents of this season orrr the regulate free agents ?
