Mod tools for PS4?

I'm still crying on the inside that they released the Retro alt jerseys for the 96 Bulls and 95 Magic after I had worked my nuts off on a custom roster for nearly 3 months - thanks to 2k's utterly bizarre way of dealing with jerseys I can't use these additions in my existing created roster.

(Makes ZERO sense, seeing as every new shoe they release plugs STRAIGHT into the game and is available for use in ANY roster)

Are there any tools available this year to unlock these somehow for use? Or am I literally STUFFED and forced to either go without or restart 3 months of hard graft?

Nope, not that I know.
It's even weirder, since they did put the All Star Jerseys in existing save files...

Nope, never did get round to uploading it, but I don't mind throwing it up there.

It's nothing fancy, just my own sig/dunk edits. Accessories. Tendencies etc. Exclusively for the legends though, haven't really touched the current teams.
