If I were to download the rosters, can I add CAP to the Roster from the PS4, or does it not allow me to add anymore players to the Roster?

I added my cap yesterday to Virginia. Sucks they won't let you face scan though.

You can add 1 CAP but... if you'd like to do more than 1 you'd have to remove some players from the roster.
