I posted this in the bugs/glitches thread but just to save other people my pain until the patch comes out here it is. I only have a PS4 so it may exist on Xbox but I can't test that.

Bug:
Editing a custom roster if you go to the Staff Tab and press circle it backs out of the custom roster without asking you to save. All of your changes will be gone.

Pressing circle on any other tab brings up the save roster, save and share, or exit without saving menu. However under the brand new Staff tab where you can change coaches, asst coaches, etc. it just backs out and deletes your progress.
