I (mostly) fixed that with the foul tendencies coming out soon. Just from eyeballing the FP36 stat, Cousins is going to end up at about 75 or so.

IIRC from last season all players in the league have the same FT rate (Draw Foul does not affect sim stats) so the Foul Tendencies matter quite a bit.
