What is trick on player attributes?

Player attributes are so hard to do. There is no team in NCAA that shoots over 43% three point shooting. For example if a player shoots 35% from three what numbers do you give him in game?

The best advice i can give is to look at the position averages. For example, let's say you're creating a point guard for some NCAA team and you think he's an above average 3 point shooter, but not too far above average. You would give him around an 86 open shot 3 because the position average for a point guard is around an 82.

Yeah but thats for the NBA. 82 average in NCAA is way too high IMO.

Well i mean it all depends on how you want the player overalls to be like. If you want the best players in the NCAA to be 90+ overalls, id go by the nba average. if you want the best players in the NCAA to be Low 80s/High 70s, id find a different way.
