The file posted has everything up to right before the Lopez deal, has the top draft prospects though. An update will be done after the draft tomorrow

The roster is currently being updated, it will be released at some point tonight, this is for 2k17 not 2k16 and yes I will add undrafyed free agents as well. I'm holding off on some international guys until we see if they are being brought over. Right now since rosters are so o full I'm releasing some guys who are either restricted or unrestricted free agents this summer to make room for now.

You should give Jarrett Allen a headband and Jordan Bell is going to be number 2 at GSW
Oh, and Josh Jackson is #17, Jayson Tatum #11 and Malik Monk was drafted by the Hornets not Pelicans
