I’m using Lavoy Allen (free agents) for Andrew Bynum until I can find a better look-alike or make a decent CAP. Looks like him on the court, even has the thicker body, just not a great face. Richaun Holmes looks slightly better in the face during game play, but he’s a little bit too light complected and doesn’t look like him from the side of back angles like Allen does.

Also Jodie Meeks and someone else, I think maybe it was Damien Wilkins, both look like they could make a decent Antawn Jamison. This only works for a bald Jamison, ideally it would be nice if someone could find a good with hair version to match his Wizards look.
