Until SkillzFromThe6 takes issue with it, which to my knowledge he hasn't, I don't see the issue.

Edit: Actually thank you TheRosterMaker for reporting this and bringing this thread to my attention as it's against the TOS to sell services here at OS.

From what I have always been told You can have a Donation link but you can't Set a $ amount that has to be met for a team to be done. It basically read as you Charging which is against OS rules.

I would setup an email account where people can make request for different teams. Then the conversation is private and you can discuss whatever you want.
