Why do I not see same cutsom rosters when trying to start My League?

I found a good roster I want to use for MY league offline. But when I try and select "Use Custom Rosters" I do not see any of my local rosters(which I downloaded previously) or the same roster I can search for fine under "Create Roster?"

any ideas....this is for Pc

I've noticed the same problem. Don't know why but seen it.

found another thread syaing it has to do with rosters not being fuill. So I filled all the damn "Legend" teams that were missing spots and I still cannot see my roster.

Can you remove legend teams from a cutsom roster? I only care about the normal historic teams

One fix I remember is that save it over a roster you see. I remember that worked for me not 100% sure though

Once I got all teams(even though it was not all legendary teams...but some of them) down to 8 it did finally show up. I am working now.
