In working on my CAPs and custom rosters, I put together a list of all of the changes to the all-time team rosters from 2K18 to 2K19 so I could sort out who was added to the game this year and who is now missing. Figured this list might be helpful to others in making their own rosters. For the players removed from all-time teams, I've noted if they are available elsewhere in 2K19 or not in the game this year. If a franchise isn't listed below, it's because they had no changes to their all-time team roster.
