Possible to procedurally generate draft class files?

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to automate the creation of draft classes.

I can write a program to procedurally generate draft classes with semi-randomized attributes for players which make a hell of a lot more sense than the garbage 2k gives us. However, I'm not sure if there's a way to get that into the game, short of manually editing a draft class. Since this is intended for long-term franchise play (50+ years), it isn't reasonable to manually input the values through the ingame interface, I need a way to directly generate or edit the draft class files.

Is this possible on NBA2k21 PC (or any version of NBA2k really?)
