What makes these the best real life draft classes on the server? How many real players are in these classes and did you base the ratings and potentials on the normal 2K rating scale or on a specific roster creators?

Best classes for MyLeague experience are to download the Historical INFUSION rosters.

There are 5 draft classes of legendary players that enter the league as rookies (Kobe, MJ, Barkley, Reggie Miller, etc.). Each class has a balance of players and do not create duplicate entries into your MyLeague.
