Can you make the AI Alley-Oop on Fastbreaks?

I've been tinkering with the sliders for alley-ooping and experimenting with lob city finishers and various tendencies but I cannot make the AI even attempt an alley on any difficulty setting.

Has anyone had success with this?

Ive been trying to get more AI oops too, but haven't figured it out. I t has to be possible, I know in my player I played against the clippers and cp3 threw about 10 lob oops in the paint and atleast 2 fastbreak oops in one game. It seemed like every other trip they were ooping in it up.
