user vs user sliders suggestion

hey everyone,

Was wondering what the best slider suggestion would be for user vs user on 9-11 min quarters HOf sim style. I am basically doing a NBA 2k tournament with my close buddies at my place, we love realistic game play but never really get the perfect sliders for 1 on 1 user game play.

We have tried a mix and match of sliders but we are curious as to what you guys feel is the best for user vs user game play.

Some problems we run into: Not enough blocks, fast breaks aren't really fast breaks as the defense always catches up ( I have done a chased Down block on Russell Westbrook with Mozgov in the open court, lol), every post move turns into a foul even without pressing steal/block and just keeping hands up.

Any tips, would be appreciated!
