- I use 2K's rosters as they are the only ones I trust using their new ratings formula for 2k16. I also use game generated draft classes for that very reason.
- I do not use position locks and would recommend against using them as well.
- Feel free to adjust your Coach Gameplan, Playbook, Training, etc.
- Do not have more FA signings than any other AI team has done during the season.
