Hey Gio..
changed the Accleration & Vertical sliders to 45 as you posted.
Help Defense: 15
Block Help: 10

Game 4 DIFFICULTY --> PRO!
Magic vs. Kings (me)
121 : 110
FG%
53% : 49%
3pt%:
11% : 42%
Rebounds:
45 : 44
Turnovers:
9 : 22
Assists:
33 : 31
Team Fouls:
14 : 15

Noticed:
- the CPU deflected a lot of my passes (that was frustrating)
- the CPU made 90! points in the zone (defending was very hard)

next games against the Bucks. Let's see..

Hey Gio..
Help Defense: 15
Block Help: 10

Crazy how difficult this games plays now. I used to play SUPERSTAR but now I'm struggling with Pro.

Game 5 DIFFICULTY --> PRO!
Kings (me) vs. Bucks
108 : 118
FG%
44% : 47%
3pt%:
28% : 40%
Rebounds:
50 : 59
Turnovers:
9 : 7
Assists:
30 : 35
Team Fouls:
21 : 16

Noticed:
- definetely a different feel to the lost against Magic
- lot of missed layups (maybe increase the layup in traffic?)
- 1st quarter I led by around 9 points.
- Rebounding was very hard aginst Monroe
- Player statistics (as the past games) seem like in real life

I'll be playing a few games and see if I get the same things that you experience. Will update y'all if ever there needs to be slight tweaks made. Thanks for all the updates in the games!

Re: GioPlaysGames94 "NBA Worthy" Superstar Slider Set

Played a game with the exact settings on the first page and on SS level.
The game was played in my Cavs season at the Mavs.
I lost 115-103 but the game was closer than that. I was actually ahead by 3 with 9 minutes left.
I love the flow of the game with this set! The CPU is just a tad too tough in my opinion.
The CPU went on about 3 runs in the game in which I just couldn't stop them.
Dirk was unstoppable the whole game.
The Mavs shot 58%! I shot 47.
The CPU is also an offensive rebounding machine. Also my players were wore out the whole game, they were constantly below 70 for stamina. Way too may steals on both sides. I cannot drive the lane without the CPU stealing the ball from me.
My take is the following changes need to be looked at.
CPU rebounding, CPU fg%, played fatigue, and steals.

Are most of u playing on SS with this set? Should i try all star?
Again great start on this set, games feels like real NBA bball.
Just needs to tone down the CPU in a few areas.

Thanks for the feedback! Will definitely look into the points you highlighted. I think since the newest patch, the game got a little bit more difficult. I've been experimenting with some tweaks. Mainly the vertical, fatigue rate, block, and ball handling sliders. Nothing concrete yet as I'm still in the testing stage, I wouldn't wanna tweak too much 'cause it might change the feel and flow of the game.

This is not yet final:

I put vertical at 75 because I noticed that it helps with rebounding, getting fouls while driving, more realistic looking contact shots and AND1 baskets, and more athletic looking dunks. I also think it eliminates the cpu offensive rebounding cheese, wherein you see possesions where you get the rebound already, then it ends up with the cpu instead. Also, this really provides players with height to get rebounds easier than those with less height. They don't necessarily get every rebound, they just have a slight advantage. For example, Mozgov in the right position get get the rebound over Faried at times because he is taller. However, with Faried's athleticism, he gets those rebounds more aggressively and off the bounce. There's this sense of balance.

I put blocking at 65 because it eliminates those petty blocks wherein the player just jumps up and waves his hand in the air randomly then gets the block. Putting it at 65 also gives some blocks which are really believable to see. Players now block at the apex of the opponent's jump, not while the opponent gathers and the ball is still in his hands. I also think this provides believable rim protection and shot challenges in the paint.

I dunno what value to put the ball handling and fatigue rate sliders yet. I might increase the first and decrease the other, not sure yet. I noticed that whenever a player runs a fastbreak or runs after getting a rebound, when he runs into 2 or 3 opposing guys, he fumbles the ball, almost every time, leading to a steal. As for fatigue rate, planning to decrease it by 5 points. Just a theory, tweaking these sliders might help address the points you highlighted, I dunno yet.

Re: GioPlaysGames94 "NBA Worthy" Superstar Slider Set

ADDITIONAL THINGS I NOTICED:

1. For those of you tweaking the on-ball defense slider too high, it leads to more strips and fumbles by the cpu and the player, which can lead to a high rate of steals and turnovers. I don't recommend this because it makes players look like they dunno how to handle the ball.

2. Try putting the close shot tendency to 0. This helps wonders in my book. There is no more cpu jumpshots 3 ft from the rim! They now do hook shots, drive the ball, or kick it out. Also, the cpu won't get the ball, and stand in the paint area, not even backing down... Just standing there not knowing what to do.

Again, I'll be working on an update of my sliders to make it more enjoyable and realistic. Thanks for the support!
