Hey guys- What slider(s) impact post defense? I have been playing aroind with sliders and I seem to have made it so I can spin to the basket every time when posting up

I am looking to remedy this. Thanks!

Close and inside shot success, as well as lateral quickness; lateral quickness impacts how easy it is for players to move around in the post.

I have my sliders at:

OFFENSE
Inside Success: 45
Close Success: 45

DEFENSE
Inside Contact Frequency 100
Jumpshot Gather 70
Jumpshot Release 70
Help Defense 75
