Sliders for defensive reaction

Can defensive reaction be slown down through sliders. The problem i am having as an older gamer is that when i pass to a wide open teammate at the 3 point line the defensive players always seem to get there to challenge the shot. Even if i am passing out of a double team in the post one of the double teamers can challenge the shot at the 3 pt line. I believe part of this is due to my delayed reaction between seeing the open man and hitting the buttons to pass and then shoot.

Try setting CPU Acceleration, Speed, Hustle, and on Ball D 5 to 10 points lower than the USer and see how that plays.

Be aware, you may need to make other adjustments to compensate for the impact these changes can have to the CPU ability to score and defend.
