tougher than hall of fame?

What sliders would be more difficult than hall of fame? I seem to be blowing out the cpu hall of fame every game. does anyone have a slider set thats more difficult? thanks a lot.

To me it's not about difficulty... it's about realism. If you're searching for realism try dione's sliders and let me know (he's updating them on Sunday)

Most of the HOF sliders you see around here should be harder than default HOF. You can also try the Simulation game type for more of a challenge.

For me, it's been a combination of many of the community sliders to find out how to make my game accurately represent risk/reward. It will be a constant search if you get better at the game as you play more.

There is no community consensus on the most realistic/difficult set and reported stats cant tell you what the game feels like. But if you want a suggestion for 12 minutes, try Dione's Sliders with the playbook edits from vanwolfhawk.

Furthermore, when a full roster edit comes out, it may change the gameplay for more of the challenge you're looking for.

thanks for your reply. I have been looking for the hall of fame sim option for this year but can't seem to find how to change it to sim. I loved the past years because of the hof sim play. thanks!

Goto Options > CPU/User Sliders
Press Triangle to Load Sliders

Quick Route
You will have a choice of the top downloads. You could choose anything that mentions 'Realism', 'Simulation', or 'HOF'.

Press Triangle to Search.

Change your Game Speed as this thread suggests

If you take a good look superstar vs Hall of fame difficulty have variances only in ball security, and user vs cpu in offensive and defensive awareness and consistency. I put all player to 50, all cpu to 70 and free throw at 60 and 3 pt for user at 45. That's all

take hall of fame sliders, lower the user ratings by 5 and raise the cpu ratings by 5.

Bam.
