2k18 Difficulty

I am so annoyed right now. I just got 2k18 for Christmas, and I was expecting a great game that I'd have fun with. I'm met with frustration and anger, though. I previously played 2k16, and I had no problems playing on default superstar difficulty. I could score, games were close, stats we're realistic. Fast forward to 2k18, and on ALL-STAR difficulty, my team, the Nuggets, is shooting 30%, while my opponents are shooting 55%. Nikola Jokic, 89 overall center, is missing easy inside shots with and close shot rating of 96. My team is missing open jumpers and easy layups. I'm so frustrated, and I just don't know what I can do. I'm not bad at 2k, but this is so weird. Sorry for venting, any tips? Thanks.

Use Armors purple set.

Also be patient and give yourself time to learn mechanics of the 2K18. The game feels and plays differently than 2K17 or 2K16. The shot timing release is also different depending on the player you're using.

You may want to change the shot stick setting to real-life field goal percentage rather than user control, at least in the interim.
