The CPU's "perceived advantage" over the Human player

Can somebody who has done extensive slider testing confirm or deny whether the CPU has an advantage over the human when sliders are equal?

That is to say, at 50/50 sliders (or 40/40 for layups, or 10/10 for lateral quickness, etc), does the CPU still have a better layup rating, or better lateral quickness, etc?

I feel like the CPU does move smoother or faster than Human players. However, this is just my perception. I haven't really been able to measure it.

Note that this isn't a complaint post. I understand that the CPU must have advantages to compensate for its lack of "human intelligence" i.e. decision-making ability.
Because the CPU is inherently "dumber" (or I expect it to be) than the Human player, the CPU is understandably given some kind of behind-the-scenes boost to allow it to brute-force possessions.

BUT I'm not 100% sure these boosts exist. I have suspicion they do, but when I change the sliders so that they favor me, it feels unrealistic again.

I've tried to look at scrimmage mode replays with the same player running side by side. I'm still not sure though.

The reason for this post is because I'm aiming to make a slider set that equalizes the CPU and Human players entirely. I basically want players to player 100% according to their ratings.
