When I first saw the title of the video I was concerned too, but, he really only showed clips of himself on much weaker defenders. He also missed a few layups inside due to the D recovering

I understand it was clipped, but that take off speed is ridiculous, and I see little way to guard it online, especially when help defense is pushed out of the way as well. This was a problem in past 2K's.

I agree with this. It has been an issue in the past and I also noticed it in tons of videos. I love the explosiveness from the offensive player & o definitely don’t want to lose that, but the defender needs a counter explosive move as well imo. Obviously playing angles and backing off will help but the dribble moves are so fast as far as the basic crossovers go, and it doesn’t seem like the defender has the same speed or explosiveness to match it? But I did see a video of Marcus Smart yesterday that was night and day. So I like that players are different and it’s a matchup thing too.

But, i think it would go a long ways as far as balance goes if the defender got an explosive move as well to counter with when using turbo to beat a player to a spot. But until I feel it it’s hard to say. We can just go off of the videos and past 2k’s for now. With the new blow bye’s and smaller windows to cut people off I can see it will be a problem online for people & I have a feeling there will be complaints. Plus the help defense better be there on drives in this game. Luckily, for offline player's it’s an easy fix with sliders though as far as the on ball d goes.

I’m not worried about this video or the bully badge though. I actually like it and the animations. Separates those players from others. Depends on matchups!

Videos framed like this can be a little misleading, like the post takeover literally throwing defenders out of the way….wasn’t quite as unstoppable as it looked when we got the game in our hands, lol

We’ll see though, valid concern…
