MyNBA in game injuries

Simple question, has this been fixed? I’m not buying this until I’m sure my players can get injured when I actually play games, and not just during simmed games.

Been at least 2 years where in game injuries don’t happen in my nba.

The word is yes it’s been fixed. My first league game I had McAdoo get wind knocked out. I play with the 80s Lakers. Others have stated they are getting lotsa injuries.

Yes, it is fixed! I had an in game injury in the first game I've played. Now, it remains unknown if it is overdone.

Had Alonzo Mourning go out with a sprained ankle off a rebound. Comes back after one game only have Karl Malone collapse his lung.

Well you got your money ready to buy? Not only do they get injured, BUT they also come to the games in suits if they are really injured..

Yup there are injuries. I’ve had 1 for me and 1 for AI in 18 games. Coby White broke his ribs but was only out 1-2 weeks

2K22 was the first game I played in a while and there were no in game injuries. If an in game injury occurs can you edit/remove it under the Edit Player screen?
